Have you ever wanted to step back from life for a while?
One minute it’s Monday, and the next, it’s your birthday again.
How does time manage to fly?
You long to step off life’s crazy ride now and then to just be. Even for only a few hours, you feel a deep need to settle down, get quiet, and listen to wisdom that arises in the silence.
Sometimes you need to ask questions like:
- Where am I?
- What is important?
- What does this mean?
- Where am I going?
- What do I long for?
Sometimes it’s hard to find the time to do this on your own, which is why I want to invite you to participate in a very special class.
Let’s ask them together
Once a month, I hold a sacred space for intentional silence and open writing prompts with gentle, kindred community. This class is called Seek and Silence.
Seek and Silence
A virtual retreat for the soul
Experience the wisdom that arises from within, and from sacred silence, invite clarity and meaningful action in your life.
How it works
Gather: You’ll call in to a conference line where I and your peers will be waiting.
Silence: After hearing a beautiful poem, we’ll sit for about 20 minutes in silence, listening for the wisdom that comes from within, inviting clarity and soulful connection.
Reflect: With pen in hand, I’ll lead you through writing prompts that spark insight and invite clarity. These questions will change each month.
Sharing: With light facilitation, I’ll invite participants to share their insights. Sharing is optional.
Close: We’ll end gently so that you can ease into the remainder of your day feeling restored and nourished.
Seek and Silence dates
